My name is Melissa Taylor, I am 33yrs old and married to Jim Taylor, and we have two children, Ren (8), and Austin (2). I live in Neola, Ut where we team rope and run occasional barrel jackpots at our house.

 I grew up in Arizona, and moved to Utah in 1997. I have rode horses since I could walk, and have been privileged in many different events from English jumping to running barrels. We own an Oil & Gas Construction business that currently employees 200 people. My hobbies include rodeoing, hunting, camping, and a little shopping!! HAHA

The horse that I will be running is a 6yr old named Hidn out Jer, AKA Jasper, whom I bought last fall from Fred & Nancy Hunter. He is still green to the sport but coming along nicely. He is a cutting bred horse who has a lot of talent.
