I'm Karla Probst and I live in Salmon, Idaho in the summer and Golden Valley, Arizona in the winter. I finally got old enough! We chose Goldenn Valley because it's only 24 miles to Laughlin, Nevada so we can play poker when I'm not barrel racing. Most people know me as the lady that wears the chinks and rides the gray horse, (or, as Trigg the gate guy calls me Karla with a K from Idaho.) This is the second year that I was lucky enough to qualify for the Xtreme 15 and I'm really excited, it's so much fun. My horse that I will be riding tonight is a 12 year old mare, Miss Lucky Saint. She's so honest and such a fun mare to ride. She loves this arena; her favorite part is making the corner and running as hard as she can to the first barrel.

For those of you who don't already know, I'm married to Allan. He is my biggest fan and always chooses my colts. He has a great eye for a good horse. We have a son Brody who is 26 and just goe married to Becca. Brody helps us in our construction business and Becca works at the hospital. Most of ou know our daughter Brindee Lee; she's 20 and just graduated from Boise State. She is just starting her first year of Law at the University of Utah. Boy am I going to miss her as my traveling partner.

I just want to say thank you to the HEI Team, you all do such an outstanding job with all your races. I'm like lucky, this is my favorite place to run.
