My name is Tyesha Kae Oppenheimer.  I am 19 years of age, I grew up with a love for horses and the amazing sport of rodeo. I graduated from North Sevier High School in 2009.  I was fortunate enough to make it to the NHSFR three years of my high school rodeo career. At the NHSFR my sophomore year I was awarded 6th place in the Pole Bending, my junior year 10th place in the Pole Bending, 4th place in the Goat Tying, and the Reserve All Around Title,  my senior year I was very fortunate to claim the National Goat Tying Title. I am now attending Weatherford College located in Weatherford, Texas where I am also continuing my rodeo career and education.  I call beautiful Hico, Texas my home.

In the “Xtreme 15” I qualified on one horse. He is a 9 yr old palomino gelding with a big heart.  His registered name is Cowan Drift. I purchased him from Neelley and Lauren Riley from Stephenville, TX around two years ago and have been running him since.

I would not be able to compete in this wonderful sport without the support of my family.  Family has always been a big factor in any of my accomplishments in the arena.  They are still a very big factor in helping me accomplish my future goals and dreams.

Good luck to all the contestants and thank you HEI team for putting on such a great race!!
